Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Puana ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Puana provides AI-curated music streaming. Free users get unlimited streaming and shareable vibes. Business subscribers ($14.99/month per location) receive a commercial music license, scheduling tools, and content filtering.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person or business per account.

4. Music Licensing

Free tier: Music is licensed for personal, non-commercial listening only. You may not play Puana music in a commercial setting without a Business subscription or per-track license.

Business tier: Your subscription grants a commercial music license for the number of locations on your plan. The license is valid while your subscription is active.

Per-track licenses ($19): Grant perpetual, worldwide commercial rights to the purchased track. See the license certificate delivered with your purchase for full terms.

5. Prohibited Use

• Redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing music without a per-track license
• Circumventing access controls or audio protection
• Using automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content
• Impersonating others or providing false information

6. Payments & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of your billing period. Per-track license purchases are non-refundable once the download has been accessed.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Limitation of Liability

Puana is provided "as is." We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
