How does pricing work?

$19 per month per location. Annual is $190 (save 17%). 3-Year is $540 (save 21%). Every location includes three devices on the same WiFi — front, back, patio — and chains earn a continuous discount, 5% more off for every location after the first, capped at 25%.

What's the 14-day free trial?

Fourteen days of full Business access — scheduling, multi-device sync, analytics, the catalog. A card is collected on signup so the music doesn't pause when day 14 arrives, but it isn't charged until then. Cancel before then in two clicks and you walk away without a single dollar billed.

What does Puana actually deliver?

Three things. Vibe matching — describe a feeling in plain English and the room shifts. A continuous multi-location discount that scales as your chain grows. And an original catalog designed to sit underneath conversation, present in the room without demanding attention.

Multiple locations — how does it scale?

Every location after your first earns 5% more off, cumulative, capped at 25%. Five locations land at $85.50/mo total. Ten locations at $156.75/mo. Self-serve up to 25; from 26 the conversation moves to a custom quote that bundles SSO, MSA, dedicated success manager.

Does Puana work on iPhone and iPad?

Yes. The native iOS app is the player; Business Solo subscriptions can be purchased in-app, and the longer plans (Multi-Location, 3-Year, Founding 100, Enterprise) live at puana.app. Multi-device sync across iPads on the same WiFi works out of the box.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. From the billing portal in account settings — one click, no email required. Cancellation stops the next renewal; service continues through the end of the current billing period. iOS-billed customers cancel via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

What's the refund policy?

Thirty-day money-back on monthly plans. Annual subscribers get a full refund within thirty days; after that, a prorated refund of unused months minus a one-month service fee. The 3-Year plan follows the same shape and keeps its discount intact — we don't claw it back.

What's the Founding Member discount?

The first hundred paying businesses earn 25% off forever as thanks for taking the bet early. After that cohort fills, Founding 200 opens at 20% off with a $9 deposit, then Founding 500 at 15% off. The position number is permanent — you'll always be Founding Member #N on puana.app/founders.

What's in the catalog?

An infinite catalog of original music, growing weekly. No major-label catalog. No top-40. Every track is original and designed to sit underneath conversation — present in the room without demanding attention, the way good background music has always worked.

Can I schedule different vibes by time of day?

Yes — morning calm, lunch buzz, evening warmth, late-night wind-down. Switches happen automatically based on your operating hours and your scheduled blocks. Set up once; it runs forever.

Why no top-40 playlist?

Because in a business setting, recognizable songs interrupt the room — customers stop talking, look up, mouth lyrics. Background music's job is to set tone, not demand attention. Puana's catalog is built for that role. If you specifically need brand-name songs, a major-label streaming service is the better fit.
